On Friday 4 October 2024, Bryce Figot, Special Counsel at DBA Lawyers will present the SMSF Online Update with two special focuses: (1) exiting legacy pensions in light of the new exposure draft legislation; and (2) evidencing market value. Bryce’s presentation will include:

• How to document the value of residential real estate and commercial real estate without having to pay a qualified independent valuer
• How to document investments in unlisted entities and other ‘tricky’ investments
• How this integrates with the new ‘$3M+’ Division 296 Tax

Changing an attendee

The person registered will be forwarded each webinar link. If they wish to transfer the webinar to another person, they must notify us at least 3 business days prior to a live webinar. We will then update our records to ensure the CPD certificate is issued to the other person. Note that the person registered will continue to receive future links for further webinars they are registered for. CPD certificates will be issued three weeks post event date.
