Terms and conditions for all DBA Network events
The terms and conditions below are designed to enable us to deliver the best service to you.
When you book an event with us you agree to the following:
1. Payment conditions
Payment must be made by credit card. A booking is not complete until payment is received by DBA Network Pty Ltd.
2. Changing an attendee
No charge applies for changing the attendee of a booking provided we receive notification at least 2 business days prior to the event. Otherwise a $50 administration fee applies.
There is no refund for cancelling an online webinar or recording.
SMSF Core Course:
Please note that the SMSF Core Course materials reflect extensive work and value, and accordingly there is no refund after the materials for this course have been emailed to you.
Please note that we incur significant costs to host face to face events (including room/equipment hire, catering and travel costs), and accordingly there is no refund unless we receive at least 10 business days prior written notice of cancellation.
